Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2022 Bouscaut Rouge rocks up with ready-to-go notes of black cherry compote, warm cassis, and raspberry preserves, leading to wafts of fallen leaves and crushed rocks. The 2022 Bouscaut rouge, a blend of 55% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Malbec, offers up aromas of cassis, licorice, graphite and dark berries. It is concentrated and rich with a medium to full-bodied palate and a firm, typically Cabernet grip in the finish.
