A great classic. Rosé is traditional in Marsannay, thanks to Bruno’s grandfather, who 'invented' the category at the end of the First World War; it is now the only village-level appellation in Burgundy where it is permitted. After a cold maceration, one-third is direct to press and the balance is macerated for two days. Maturation is slightly less than a year in 10-year-old casks.
