100% whole bunch. Beautiful mid to deep purple. This is really lovely, the pure raspberry essence with cream of Charmes has worked really well with the whole bunches. The 2017 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru is not quite totally put together, and yet it offers superb depth and persistence. Dark blue/purplish fruit, licorice, spice and lavender are pushed forward. Deep, exuberant and immediate, the Charmes offers all of the open-knit, inviting character that is so typical of this site. The 2/3rds whole clusters are very nicely balanced in the early going.
