Our current stock is based on the outstanding 2012 vintage.
Note: 60% chardonnay, 40% pinot noir, disgorged May 2019, 3 years on lees, dosage 8 g/L
Tasting note: Oeil de perdrix color. Softly yeasty and decidedly cool and elegant aromas include those of freshly sliced citrus, especially lime, raspberry and a whisper of strawberry. There is excellent intensity to the finely detailed flavors that are supported by an equally fine mousse, all wrapped in a crisp, even snappy, finish that also drinks much drier than the stated dosage level would suggest; indeed, this is borderline austere, which isn't something that happens all that often with rosé sparklers. - Burghound
(60% chardonnay and 40% pinot noir): Bright orange-pink. Smoky, mineral-accented red berries and blood orange on the expressive nose, accented by Asian spices and white flowers. Fleshy and broad on entry, then tighter in the mid-palate, offering intense raspberry, bitter cherry and orange pith flavors and notes of smoky lees and anise. Shows excellent clarity on the seamless, spicy finish, which clings with impressive tenacity. - Josh Raynolds, Vinous Media
A mouthwatering rosé Champagne, crunchy in texture, with flavors of white raspberry, chopped hazelnut, fleur de sel and lemon meringue complementing the lively mousse. A bright aperitif. - Alison Napjus - Wine Spectator
With vines in the Grand Cru village of Bouzy, this producer has a fine palette at its disposal. The rosé—crisp with Chardonnay yet bolstered with rich Pinot Noir—is full bodied and packed with raspberry and red currant fruit. Still young, it's lively with acidity and exuberant fruitiness. - Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast
