As far as I’m concerned there can never be too much white Bordeaux available. Pale yellow, with a silky viscous texture that shimmers in the glass. Aromatics of grapefruit and a hint of fresh pineapple. Pomelo and light grapefruit on the palate with lemon zest. Nice acidity holds it all together. Some nice aging potential here.
