Tasting note: Reduction. The flavors here are almost as big, weighty and bold as those of the Corton Blanc with a very dense mid-palate and plenty of fleshiness to the explosively long and almost painfully intense finish. This is a dramatic wine and while there is a trace of backend warmth, this is really quite impressive if you enjoy robust Corton-Charlemagne. –Allen Meadows, Burghound
