The wine is pale with green and yellow tints with aromas of white blossom, lemons and exotic tropical fruits. Good balance between the freshness and roundness with great length. Try with buttered popcorn, light white fish and pasta alfredo.  La Ciboise (lah see-BWAHZ) is the name of Michel Chapoutier’s grandfather’s home. Located right in the center of the town of Tain l’Hermitage, La Ciboise was the energetic center of Chapoutier family life where children and relatives used to meet regularly.
