The 2016 Extra-Brut Saint-Thierry captures all of the richness and gravitas of Pinot Noir in its ample, expansive frame. There's tremendous weight here. Orchard fruit, graphite, dried flowers and a touch of reduction give this large-scaled Pinot tons of character. Tasting this wine makes me feel like I am in the cellar. Superb!
