The 2021 Ronceray is Château de Plaisance's main cuvée, offering fine purity of lemon peel and apple fruit alongside pastry characters from lengthy periods on lees. There's excellent clarity here. Light-bodied with a line of pure acidity and an element of tenderness providing a caress before a salty conclusion kicks in.
