"Bernard and France Boudovresques' farm, Chateau Massiac (which dates from 1667), sits at the extreme southern end of the Massif Central, in the heart of Minervois; their land is full of green trees, thyme, rosemary, and lavender. Their wine is a 75/25 blend of Syrah and Carignan; structured and balanced, it has intense, concentrated notes of dark fruit and spice backed by rich earth and minerals.
