The 2021 Corbin is a pretty, fine-boned wine, offering up beautifully pure aromas of red berries, cherries and licorice, followed by a medium to full-bodied palate with an ample core of fruit, polished tannins and lively acids. The 2021 Corbin is a blend of 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc. Medium to deep garnet-purple in color, it charges out with notes of warm black and red plums, Morello cherries, and fragrant earth, plus hints of Sichuan pepper and unsmoked cigars.
