Very bright and aromatic with blackcurrants, lilacs and red currants. So perfumed. Full-bodied and layered with a fine-velvet tannin structure. Hints of new wood and sandalwood. Creamy texture. Such beauty. Juicy. Drink after 2025. - James Suckling
The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Red Rock Terrace opens with a striking bouquet redolent of crushed red berry fruit, cinnamon, blood orange and mint. Medium in body and silky, with tremendous fruit purity, the 2019 impresses with its finesse and open-knit personality. There's good energy and tension, but the Red Rock in 2019 is, unusually, a wine of total sensuality. I loved it.-Antonio Galloni, Vinous Media
A velvety Cabernet packed with dark rich raspberry, cherry and blackberry fruit with pops of spearmint and eucalyptus. Elegant on the palate with emerging cocoa notes and blueberry brightness. Building tannins with a firm backbone of acidity. Red Rock Terrace is an iron-rich, rocky 2.8ha north-facing site on the Diamond Creek Estate.--

From a riper, more Californian vintage, the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Red Rock Terrace offers up scents of black cherries, cassis and hints of vanilla. It's medium to full-bodied, a bit more tannic than the Gravelly Meadow, with ample concentration and a long finish, framed by rich, velvety tannins. - Joe Czerwinski, Wine Advocate
Red Rock is aptly named, reflecting a seven-acre portion of the estate that is littered in red, rocky soil. With moderate plushness and enduring elegance, it offers a complex structure and contrasting brightness of cassis and dark cherry. Herbal accents of sage and forest contribute to its overall appeal. Enjoy best from 2028–2038. — Virginie Boone, Wine Enthusiast
Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2019 Red Rock Terrace needs a fair bit of swirling to unlock notes of creme de cassis, redcurrant jelly, boysenberries, and sauteed herbs followed by hints of iron ore and mossy tree bark. The full-bodied palate is dense and muscular, with tightly wound black fruit layers and savory/herbal accents framed by firm, ripe tannins and plenty of freshness, finishing long and earthy.-Lisa Perrotti-Brown, Wine Independent
