Domaine De La Sobilane Rivesaltes 1956 (750ML)

The 1956 Rivesaltes has a fine dried honey, mandarin and burnt toffee-scented bouquet that is well defined, quite intense the glass, more so than the 1955 counterpart. The palate is medium-bodied with a harmonious, lightly honeyed entry, well-judged acidity and what feels like less volatility than the 1954 and 1955. There is a seam of lemongrass that makes its presence felt right on the finish. This is lovely. - Neal Martin, Wine Advocate
