Double Canyon Horse Heaven Hills Cabernet Sauvignon 2014 (750ml)

“Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Merlot and Malbec.  The nose offers spiced potpourri with a touch of raspberry preserves, ripe red and black plum and fresh red cherry.  The palate shows luscious blackberry and sweet oak tannins with juicy acidity.  This wine is sourced mainly from the Double Canyon Vineyard(just across from Champoux) but also includes fruit from Phinny Hill, Champoux and Destiny Ridge.   The wine was aged for 14 months in 27% new oak barrels.” -Winery
