The Vaudon Chablis is pale gold with greenish hues. Very fresh aromas reminiscent of citrus (lemon or grapefruit), small pleasant touches of fern or coriander are found as well. On the palate, dry and fruity, with mineral notes. Pleasant and long aftertaste. -Winemaker
