Bright, pale yellow. Yellow peach, lemon oil and high-pitched floral nuances on the nose. Concentrated, even opulent, but fine-grained and light on its feet, as these higher-altitude vines are situated just below Meursault Clos des Perrières. Finishes with enticing sweetness and noteworthy lift. - Stephen Tanzer, Vinous Media
Moderate wood frames the mildly exotic aromas of white and yellow orchard fruit where hints of mandarin orange can be found. The middle weight flavors are rich to the point of being lush thanks to the copious amount of dry extract that coats the palate on the sneaky long finale where a touch of bitter lemon character arises. This is delicious but it’s not particularly refined. - Allen Meadows, Burghound
