Tasting note: An attractively spicy and floral-suffused nose offers up red and dark berries and a top note of Asian-style tea. There is good detail and punch to the delicious middle weight flavors that possess a finer mouth feel before concluding in a dusty and ever-so-mildly austere finish that is firm and persistent. This too is a fine villages and worth your interest. Outstanding. Drink 2021+ -Allen Meadows - Burghound
(this was bottled, along with the Clos Vougeot, in March of 2016): Sexy aromas of black raspberry, coee and owers. Suave and rather rened in the middle palate, showing more soil-driven saline minerality than fruit sweetness today but in an elegant style. The persistent, rm nish features smooth tannins and a spicy element.-Stephen Tanzer, Vinous Media
