Edge of reduction, but this has chewy tannins by the bucketful, and a whisk of cocoa bean, mocha and liquorice, intense and concentrated, great ageing potential. Offering up a medium to full-bodied, ripe, concentrated, yet elegant style, with pure plum and cassis fruit, it has nicely integrated oak, good mid-palate depth, and a great finish.
