Tasting note: A subtle application of wood sets off a ripe but elegant and well-layered nose that consists of aromas of essence of pear, white flower and hints of citrus. There is excellent vibrancy and slightly better detail as well to the appealingly textured flavors that evidence more prominent minerality on the saline, balanced and solidly powerful finish.
