Extremely refined with a creamy texture of ripe tannins that fold beautiful into the palate. It’s medium-bodied with plenty of cherry, berry and light chocolate flavors. Persistent at the end with sweet tannins and succulent fruit. Low sulfur. Drink or hold.

Dusky pale ruby. There's some pretty funky farmyard aroma going on at first sniff. On the palate, the fruit has beautiful clarity, followed by unexpectedly high tannins, albeit finely sanded. A rich and fragrant wine of pure Nerello Mascalese from different vineyards, partly from our best parcels where we produce our crus (Zottorinoto-Chiusa Spagnolo, Feudo di Mezzo-Porcaria, Pontale Palino) as well as designated vineyards for this specific wine (Rampante, Piano Daini and Crasà).
