Glowing purple. The nose has a certain weight to it, without yet showing all its fruit. There is plenty of depth on the palate, still with grainy tannins, plenty to build on. Quite rugged, without immense density behind, but a pleasing dark cherry character. Drink from 2025-2027. Tasted: November 2023.—Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy

The 2022 Bourgogne Rouge had been bottled on the day of my visit. Dark berry fruit mixed with damp loam on the nose. The palate is well-balanced with good substance, pastille-like towards the finish, with a touch of dark chocolate on the aftertaste. Drink over the next couple of years.-Neal Martin, Vinous Media
