Guigal’s 2015 Condrieu is a blockbuster that, if not for its big brother, would be one of the wines of the vintage. Aged in one-third new barrels and two-thirds in tank, it’s a rich, unctuous, thrillingly textured beauty that has plenty of orange blossom, flower oil, tangerine and peach. Fruit-loaded, with just a touch of minerality, it should be drunk over the coming 2-4 years. - Wine Advocate
Leading off the 2015 whites, the 2015 Condrieu is a blockbuster that delivers gorgeous notes of apricot, white flowers, tangerine, and crushed rocks. Offering a level of depth and richness normally reserved for the La Doriane cuvée, it’s full-bodied, layered, pure, and straight up delicious. - Jeb Dunnuck
This has a wealth of richness and complexity with peach custard and apricot pastry aromas echoed on the plush, smooth and sweepingly attractive palate. Drink now. (Tasted in 2016 and reviewed on site) - James Suckling
Pale gold. High-pitched orchard and pit fruit and floral scents show excellent clarity and a hint of dusty minerals. Densely packed yet energetic on the palate, showing impressive clarity to the white peach, pear, tangerine and honeysuckle flavors. The mineral note repeats on the impressively long finish, which shows outstanding focus and intensity. - Josh Raynolds, Vinous Media
