This is one of the year's best value wines, with bright, lemony fruit and fresh floral notes, uncomplicated by heavy oak spice since no new casks were used in the fermentation. Although this is produced from purchased grapes and must, it receives the same care as the domaine-bottled selections. Surprisingly light and fresh for the vintage, the Boillot Bourgogne Blanc provides plenty of crisp, refreshing pleasure at a remarkably accessible price point. Drinking Window 2022 - 2030 - Charles Curtis MW, Decanter

No new wood for the generic Bourgogne. Pale lemon and lime, slight sandalwood to the nose. Pure and crisp with a lemon and salty finish, excellent density a little barrel toast. Long finish.
