Tasting note: A reserved nose is pure, cool and airy with its spiced white orchard fruit, citrus blossom and mineral reduction aromas. There is genuinely striking intensity to the gorgeously textured medium-bodied flavors that coat the palate with dry extract on the rich but gorgeously refined finish that is also strikingly saline. Lovely. Allen Meadows - Burghound
The nose conveys an almost dried-fruit ripeness to the aromas of pineapple, grapefruit, flowers and musky herbs. Rich, plush and silky, with its almost glyceral texture given shape by harmonious acidity. Consistent from start to very long, slightly aggressive finish. This distinctly chewy wine will need time in bottle. The crop level here was a near-normal 48 hectoliters per hectare.
