 The 2020 Bourgogne Les Chataigners is already expressive, exhibiting aromas of crisp green apple, orange oil and nutmeg, followed by a medium to full-bodied, satiny and giving palate underpinned by racy acids, and concluding with a mouthwatering finish. Lamy's grander appellations may be entering the pricing stratosphere on the secondary market, but this superb cuvée remains very accessible and is well worth seeking out.—William Kelley, The Wine Advocate

A pretty lemon and lime colour with a sensual nose that nonetheless suggests a precise crystalline fruit behind. Plenty of fruit in its lean style, a little biscuity touch behind, some citrus, very good length. Quite complex indeed for a Bourgogne. Drink from 2024-2027.
