Crisp green apple notes on the nose, the palate is lively with fine bubbles and such juicy apple flavours - crisp green and bruised red giving a wonderful impact on the palate with bright lemon coming in on the finish. Tasting note: A penetrating nose of mild reduction, yeast, citrus and green apple leads to delicious flavors that possess reasonably good complexity on the easy to like and rounded finish. This is only moderately dry and will most please those who enjoy a slightly softer style of sparkler. - Burghound
