Tasting note: The malo was slow to finish and the nose confirms that as it is presently dominated by wood and lactic notes. On the palate though there is both good freshness and ver to the beautifully concentrated medium weight flavors that flash plenty of sappy dry extract as well as focused power on the lemony finish that is shaped by bright acidity. This will need a few years, but it is very promising and well-worth considering. Sweet Spot. Outstanding. –Allen Meadows, Burghound
