Tasting note: A ripe, fresh and cool nose features notes of citrus confit, white peach, carnations and a background hint of fennel. There is both superb intensity and excellent mid-palate density to the complex, sappy and beautifully persistent finale where a touch of bitter lemon rind slowly emerges. This too is lovely.
