The 2021 Aligoté Les Clous, from a southeast-facing parcel in Bouzeron, is another gorgeous wine from Galeyrand. Intense mineral notes from the white chalk soils give the wine its flavor profile and overall shape, which is built on drive and tension more than anything else.
