Airy and cool aromas are comprised by notes of pear, apple and citrus rind along with hints of brioche. The palate impression of the middle weight flavors is equally cool and precise as the refined mousse is borderline foamy while there is good if not truly special depth on the lingering, dry and refreshing finale.
