An impressive mix of peach, citronella, honey, butter and baking spice flavors are matched to a creamy texture in this opulent white, backed by a lively structure, terrific harmony and a long, smooth aftertaste that echoes the fruit, honey and spice notes. Drink now through 2028. 150 cases imported. BS – Wine Spectator
Note: from a 2.06 ha parcel on the Puligny side
Tasting note: A highly reserved, riper and more complex nose offers up white orchard fruit, floral notes and a panoply of spice nuances that are trimmed in subtle oak toast. The big-bodied, dense and succulent flavors are muscular but still relatively refined before culminating in a backward and linear finish. Not surprisingly at this early juncture the palate impression is quite compact and this is going to required most of a decade to realize its full potential. Allen Meadows – Burghound
Love the density to this with dried-apple, pear and stone character. Full-bodied, layered and beautiful. Very exciting. James Suckling
