Tangs of steel and spine-tingling lime and lemon acidity lend staccato accents to this bright-fruited Chablis. Tasted at the end of 2021, it's still chock-full of juicy tangerine and pear flavors accented by a mineral edge. Ready to drink now, the wine should maintain peak through 2026. - Anna Lee C. Iijima, Wine Enthusiast
95% of La Chablisienne’s Montmains comes from the, butteaux sector. This has a really classy nose with a wealth of generous white fruit suggesting good structure below. Salinity and depth of fruit. Another good result. - Jasper Morris, Inside Burgundy
There is fine Chablis character and plenty mineral reduction to the pear, citrus and tidal pool-scented nose. In the same vein as the Vaillons, there is impressive richness to the solidly intense medium-bodied flavors that offer good salinity on the equally clean and dry if borderline rustic finale. This isn't quite as refined as the Les Lys but there is slightly better power and depth. - Burghound
