The 2014 Chablis Grand Cru Valmur has a clean, detailed bouquet with attractive white flower scents marrying with the citrus peel, nectarine and granite aromas. The palate is fresh and detailed, saline in the mouth with a precise and intense finish that is both complex and delicious. This really exploits the precocity of the Valmur vineyard and it comes highly recommended.
