The 2022 La Louviere Blanc is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, fermented and aged in 600-liter demi-muids. It charges out with bold scents of freshly squeezed lemons, grapefruit juice, and lime leaves, leading to underlying wafts of honeysuckle and candle wax with a hint of wild thyme. The 2022 Château La Louvière Blanc is classy stuff, offering pretty citrus, honeydew melon, and pineapple notes in its medium-bodied, nicely balanced, forward, and charming style.
