A tropical and zesty Sauternes with green-papaya, candied-lemon, lime-peel, tangerine and mushroom notes. Some white pepper, too. Sweetness balanced by tangy acidity. Fresh feel. - James Suckling

The 2021 Lamothe Guignard is pale to medium lemon-yellow in color. It slowly unfurls to offer alluring scents of pineapple paste, apricots, and honeydew melon, plus wafts of mushrooms and limes.
