Two six ouvrée plots top and bottom. Mid yellow, the bouquet is a little softer and the oak has a vanilla touch rather than toasty. Starts reasonably quietly but kicks on with real force behind, and then finishes on the lime-citrus acidity of the vintage, suggesting a lightly salted Rose’s lime juice.
