Bright ruby-red. Aromas of blueberry pie and espresso. Supersweet, powerful flavor of raspberry liqueur, with terrific depth and life for the vintage. The fruit shows a jammy quality and yet comes across as fresh. This has uncanny energy and definition for a wine with alcohol in the 15% range and a pH of 3.9. "The market will drink this wine too early," warns Mitjavile. Finishes with explosive red fruits and excellent persistence.
