Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2019 Romulus unfurls to offers profound notes of Black Forest cake, preserved plums, and baked blueberries with wafts of licorice, mocha, and black pepper. Full-bodied, dense, and concentrated, the palate is lifted by remarkable tension, with a firm, chewy texture and great length.
