Bright light yellow. High-pitched scents of steely crushed stone and flowers. Juicy and flavorful without any impression of weight, with its energetic white peach and lemon flavors offering excellent definition. Finishes persistent and firm-edged, with a lovely sweet/salty balance and no shortage of acidity. I like

The 2015 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Les Folatières, under the "Domaine Héritiers du Jadot" label, was more reserved than the Puligny Clos de la Garenne when I tasted them side by side, but it opens with attractive limestone and granitic aromas. The palate is crisp on the entry with vibrant acidity, well balanced with orange zest and a touch of tangy marmalade lending complexity on the taut and focused finish. Excellent - this is one of Jadot's best whites this vintage.—Neal Martin, The Wine Advocate
Tasting note: Faint hints of oak easily permit the ripe and ever-so-mildly exotic aromas of white peach, petrol, tangerine peel and spice to be appreciated. There is both good richness and minerality on the nicely vibrant medium-bodied flavors that possess a succulent mid-palate that contrasts somewhat with the relatively dry if slightly warm finale, at least in the context of what is typical for the vintage. Note that this could easily be appreciated young. Outstanding. –Allen Meadows, Burghound
