The 2015 Maximin Grünhäuser Herrenberg Auslese 31 opens with a clear and elegant, very attractive passion fruit and grapefruit aroma. Sweet and piquant on the palate, this is a round, lush, finessed and very elegant Auslese with a long, aromatic finish and stimulating piquant acidity. A gorgeous Auslese of great finesse.
