75% Chardonnay, 25% Pinot Noir. The 2021 edition of this powerful rosé Champagne has a complex nose with notes of shiitake, preserved cherry and citrus peel. The palate is multilayered with freshness and nicely integrated oxidation, and the finish is mushroomy and chalky. A pale rosé Champagne, lightly copper in color, with an appealing nose of ripe fruit and spice. Lightly mouthwatering and satin-like on the palate, a harmonious version that layers ripe notes of white cherry, blood orange sorbet and nectarine with savory accents of salted almond, oyster shell and saffron. Not a powerhouse, but finely-detailed throughout, and long on the well-cut finish. - AN, Wine Spectator

Aromas of blood orange, cherries, toasted bread and grapefruit preface the NV Exclusivement Rosé 2, a medium to full-bodied, vinous and incisive wine that's rich and muscular, with incisive acids and a long, chalky finish.
