Graphite and spice notes lace the creamed white cherry and strawberry fruit flavors of this firm and finely meshed rosé. Lacy in texture, with a minerally underpinning and accents of herb and anise on the lasting finish. Disgorged February 2018. Drink now through 2029. - Alison Napjus, Wine Spectator

While this Champagne is still young, it has the makings of a wine that will age. Rich fruit is balanced by acidity and the relatively low dosage to give freshness and texture. It will be best from 2022. - Roger Voss, Wine Enthusiast

Like the Blanc, the 2012 Grand Vintage Rosé is tightly wound and reticent. Bright red cherry, cranberry, rose petal, cedar, flowers, mint and crushed rocks are all laced together in this finely sculpted Champagne. Readers should be prepared to cellar the 2012 for at least a few years, as it is nowhere near ready to drink. The blend is 42% Pinot Noir (of which 13% is still red Pinot), 35% Chardonnay and 23% Meunier. - Antonio Galloni

A fruity and earth rosé with sliced cooked strawberries and fruit tea. Full body. More like a light red. Flavorful finish. Drink now. - James Suckling

Disgorged in February 2018 with five grams per liter dosage, the 2012 Extra Brut Grand Vintage Rosé bursts with expressive aromas of cherries, red berries, peaches and marzipan. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, with a similarly broad and fleshy profile to its white counterpart, but with more phenolic structure from the 13% still Pinot Noir in the blend, which lends it a seemingly drier, chalkier finish even though the two cuvées saw the same dosage. The more-concentrated regular Extra Brut has the edge over the Rosé, but this is a creditable effort. - William Kelley, The Wine Advocate
