The 2019 Graacher Himmelreich Spätlese (Green Capsule) is deep, intense and aromatic on the coolish, elegant and flinty, complex nose. Round and elegant on the palate, with a seamless texture and stimulating salinity on the finish, this is a perfectly balanced and concentrated Riesling Spätlese from different spots in the Himmelreich with younger and older vines (33+ years old), predominantly from the Josephshöfer part.
