Disgorged in July 2019 with 1.5 grams per liter dosage, the 2014 Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru Verzy L'angélique Special Club is one of the most charming wines I've tasted from Sébastien Mouzon. Unfurling in the glass with notes of crisp stone fruit, preserved lemon, white flowers, English walnuts and subtle hints of rye toast, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and enveloping, with an ample core of fruit, racy acids and a chalky, mineral finish where Verzy reasserts itself.—William Kelley, The Wine Advocate

The 2017 Extra Brut Blanc de Blancs L’Angelique is superb. Bright and finely sculpted, the sizzles with energy. Lemon peel, crushed rocks, lime, white pepper and salt all race across the palate.
