VINTAGE
2010 provided exceptional conditions for the production of this wine. A heavy dew covered the fruit in the mornings, followed by warm, moist days and allowed the fruit that was left tosituntilnaturalNoblerot(botrytis)setinto concentrate the fruit beautifully.
WINEMAKING
A yeast strain specifically designed to produce classical dessert style wines was selected. A very long, slow fermentation process in stainless steel, approximately 3 months, resulting in amazing flavours and balance.
