Founded in 1976, the eponymous Nicolas Feuillatte brand is part of Centre Vinicole-Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte, now the best selling Champagne brand in France, and the third best selling in the world. Crafted by Chief Winemaker Guillaume Roffiaen, the grapes for the 2012 Collection Blanc de Blancs Brut are sourced primarily from Côte des Blancs, as well as Sézannais, Mongueux and the Marne Valley. The wine sees a minimum of 6 years ageing in the cellars before release. Drinking Window 2021 - 2026 - Decanter MW panel
A bright and elegant blanc de blancs Champagne, with a mouthwatering juiciness to the backbone of acidity married to the delicate mousse and flavors of crushed black cherry, lemon curd, toast and ripe apricot. Drink now through 2025. 600 cases imported. — AN, Wine Spectator
A very typical 2012 that is round and creamy with lovely richness and creamy texture. Round and fine tannins. Subtle ripe apples. Some bread dough. Flavorful and delicious. - James Suckling
