Nicolas Potel has worked at a number of prestigious wineries both New World and Old World including producers in Burgundy such as Matrot in Meursault and the Domaines Roumier and Juillot) as well as in Australia for the estates of Moss Wood, Leeuwin, Wirra Wirra and Mount Mary and also for Tom Dehlinger in California. He now produces excellent wines at his Negoc operation in Burgundy sourcing grapes from the best possible growers in the region.
