The deep purple-black colored 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is blended of 82% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 4% Malbec and 4% Petit Verdot. It's beautifully perfumed with fragrant earth, lavender, oolong tea and chocolate-covered cherries with a core of warm cassis, crushed wild blueberries plus a compelling waft of roses. The full-bodied palate has a firm yet somehow wonderfully elegant frame thanks to super ripe, super fine-grained tannins and background freshness supporting the perfumed black fruit layers, leading to a very long finish. 2019 -2046 LPB – The Wine Advocate
