This is a dense and powerful red with lots of currant and blackberry aromas. Full body and creamy tannins, yet ripe and pretty. Lovely length and beauty. Needs a year or two to come together. Try after 2020.- James Suckling

Bright, intense ruby red with purple glints. Open, accessible nose with notes of dark cherries, plums and sandalwood. The palate is fine-knit, with well integrated tannins, a calm flow and rich fruit on the finish.-Falstaff

A dark and standoffish red today, this nonetheless features depth and intensity to the blackberry, black cherry, iron, cigar box and wild herb flavors. Offering a touch of oak spice, this is supported by a dense matrix of tannins, finding equilibrium in the end. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc.
