Oupia Les Heretiques Vin de Pays de Herault 2014 (750ML)

100% Carignan from 40+ year old vines in Minervois in the south of france.  It is medium-bodied and unoaked with strong tannin structure and notes of raspberries & blueberries.  This is made for a cook-out or late night pizza and burgers. It’s an easy-drinking, light-handed red.  The name, "Les Hérétiques", commemorates the victims of the massacre of Minerève in the 1200s in the Languedoc of southern France.
